Staff act like your problems are insignificant. They talk down to you, treat you like your stupid and overall do nothing for you. You can call but the people who you talk to aren't able to actually change anything or work anything out for you. They just sit behind the desk and do absolutely nothing for you but leave messages to the people who can actually make a difference. (If they even do that much). The Medical Assistance office rarely answers the phone and when they do they are useless. Too bad you can't talk to somebody that has any control. WIC is the only assistance program around here that has staff worth talking to.
