The last vehicle I purchased was at Sonju Two Harbors. It was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! The salesman, "Sean", went out of his way to find what I was looking for. My current contact there is "Andy" and when I need another vehicle for personal or business use, Sonju will be the first place I look.
I got my car there in October of 2015. The sales person who helped us was nice and all, and they claim they aren't in it just to make a sale but all these years later i realized that is a lie. I got a 72 month loan for a 2007 car that I am now trapped with until 2020. We overpaid for this vehicle and they didn't advice us against this loan (which if they cared about their customers they would because it is a terrible loan amount for the year of the car). THANKS Sonju for ripping me off and trapping with a dinosaur car!!
I purchased my 2013 Equinox with help from Kurt Oling. In the years I had the car, I got great service from the Sonju service department and Kurt kept in touch. This last week, after months of research and thought, Kurt helped me work out a lease on a 2018 Traverse. He has spent hours helping me learn how to use the bells and whistles! He even helped me save a few dollars, which I promptly spent on something else. Thanks, Kurt!
I called for an appointment they were able to get me in same day! I did have a couple concerns- they were not able to get it to do it, but they let me know my car is still safe. I got my oil changed everything done and I was done quickly. Great service!!!! Friendly staff!
